SPA3102 no admin login and cannot upgrade firmware

Hi everyone,1) I've login into the webUI of SPA3102 but can't find any Admin option at the right upper conner. 2) I've trying to upgrade the firmware but hold for 2 hr on below status.            Please kindly help.Thanks and best regards,Eddie
