We have a customer running a mix of C series and SX units and they would the touch screen to be the same across all units. Is this possible through software upgrading? Or will they have to swap out the C series for SX

If you go sntc portal then the end customer will be the admin and you will not be able to have remote access to the collector through the portal. Also the portal isnt as well thought out as the PSS. If your customer wants to have access to the portal...
