I have checked and the VSM driver is showing "Online" and all the cameras are present.
Java version is 8
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the multipane client.
Still have the same issue

Hi Scott These were new out of the box cameras.Was able to physically factory reset the cameras to access them via web browser but from the VSOM I was still unable to successfully add them and still had the errors.In the end I had waited to much time...
