Hi, I have a basic set up with 4 PSTN lines connected to a FXO Card in a 29XX Router, one call manager publisher and CCX (PSTN-RTR-CUCM-CCX). Whenever a call comes in on a line, the FXO sends it to CCX IVR trigger number, which sends the call to CUCM-CCX for IVR menu. The problem i am having is this, if I call then hang up after hearing the menu, the FXO port stays in a off-hook state, unless I release port/call by either manually shut/no shut port or IVR prompt play timeout (IVR terminates call after 3 repeat of promt play if there is no selection made), which produces a busy signal for the next caller. Attached vpm signal debugs. My real problem is when the call goes to the ccx queue or forward to another number. In this case when I disconnect my PSTN call before answering the call, port will stay connected forever unless I shut/no shut the port.
