I have version 6.2 of CNA, but the time to make a backup I get the following error "backup failed. See log for more detalis" I need your help, i don't know where see the log and why it gives me this error ?. Thank you.
I have the same problem, but I'm doing it on a Catalyst 4500 switch, is this switch compatible with this configuration?, because I can not see the traffic on the same switch.
