I think it absolutely hits the nail on the head - we just have to figure out the best way to work around it now: either shortening/removing all the H.323 IDs or registering all the endpoints as SIP.

Thanks for that info Patrick.It looks like I'll need to go back to the customer and tell them that it's not possible to configure it quite how they'd prefer.
