I would like to know if Cisco Call Manager 10.5 supports Polycom VVx310 SIP phones 
UCCX Scripting - we already have an existing script but we need to route the calls to voice mail aftre 3 minuites if nobody is answer the call or morethan 3 mins in a Queue.
Planing to updgrade Call Manager version from 8.6 to 10.5, looking for an advice
