Ken,Sorry for the delay. Took a few days off.To answer your question, I believe it's the code that analyzes the file for password protection treating both content protection and actual encryption as the same. Thanks!!Doug

We are unable to go to a different version because we are running Cloud ES.We were able to find a workaround by inserting an X-Header and setup a Content Filter to check for that X-Header. Doug
