Issue with CLI Filters

Good Morning,

We were recently upgraded to Ver 13.5 on our Cloud ES.  Since that time, it appears that our CLI filters may not be working.  The filters had worked perfectly until the night of the upgrade.  Since that time, they don't appear to be working.  I have a TAC opened but just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

Thanks!!

Doug

We are unable to go to a different version because we are running Cloud ES.

We were able to find a workaround by inserting an X-Header and setup a Content Filter to check for that X-Header.

Though i dont know the exact solution for this particular problem. First you should upload the older version and than check. If it works smoothly than its contradicting with your newest version. If the tool is showing this same problem over older version than you should contact your support team. Dont forget to try the troubleshoot.
