we had the same problem.
The only way to became access to the cli again:Do a passord recovery with the iso image and after this configure on the cli a fallback user with the role admin!!

I found the answer to my question.
At this time it isn´t possible to use central and local switching at the same time.
So we must create a seperate SSID to use central switching.
