Similar to Zekimmel, I also had to upgrade Windows to 2008 R2 64 bit OS on VMWare vSphere.Guess it's one of those undocumented features.....

I've also encountered this problem.Hotfix won't install and we're running Win 2008 SP2 as a 64bit OS.I have tried this with both TMS versions 14.1.1, 14.2 and 14.2.2.
