i have 40 civs-ipc-2600 fixed box cisco camera and 40 civs-ipc-vt38 ir but after install the camera with dc auto iris IR ,i can't see anything and the picture not visable and not clear till now i don't know the reason i think maybe...
problem description:unable to view camera on VSOM and it can viewable on web direct.i tried to removing and adding the camera several time but it didn't help , also tried restarting both the camera and VSMS and no improvement.Error...
