I solved the first problem by readding the tasks in ACS. For the tempature i try adding internet ,system ,interfaces ,cisco ,chassis in SNMP view but still the temperature value Unknown for 3750 switches

aman when i try to login with Tacacs (ACS) the custome snmp feature disappear and that user is configured as Admin role but through ACS not locally . However when i login with local admin role i can see this feature.

hi every body , first problem : I integrated CPI with ACS and i add super admin specially to authenticate against ACS , although the authentication working fine through the ACS but some of features are disappear . However when i login locally by same user role the features are appear . second problem: Some of switches like 3750,3550 ,are shown unknown in temperature field in detail dashboard , while the other types like 6500 are shown the actual temperature . first of all thanks Marvin and Kauya for replay however I watched cisco prime infrastructure )Cisco Live London) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNHeKWzNpbM I noticed there was a view for the switch and i took a snapshot for the video as you can see there is a view for the switch with status of ports . Is this a new version of CP??

we migrate our management system to CPI 1.3 but i noticed there is no view for switches (chassis-view)same as in cisco work . Is there any way to enable it in CPI 1.3?? since i saw a video in youtupe there was a view for switch (picture with switch) in device work center
