Hi, thanks for your answer - right now I have to upgrade a 2960 non PoE Switch. IOS Version is 12.2(something.. not in the office right now) in order to get ip routing working.

You hiring soon? I am kidding.. Thanks for your detailed answer - I might then just go for CCNP Route and invest the rest of the effort in doing more labs and then find a job. Of course I will be glad to hear more opinions.
