Powered up device.Held reset for 30 seconds.Power cycled device.Entered 192.168.1.245 into ChromeChrome won't connectAny ideas what the problem is?

And when I go into Microsoft Network Center, set up new network, select wap4401 and enter PIN, I get incorrect PIN message. There's only one 8 digit serial number under the device and I'm entering it correctly.
