    I gave up....  Cisco is non-responsive.    They want you to have a service contract and since I'm just a consultantto the customer system I'm trying to connect to, they don't care.  And MOST oftheir other users can connect.  In fact, on THIS comp...

Exactly the same for me.  version seems to be 3.1.04063I CAN get this to run on my old Win XP system..
