where are you sendig traps? check if snmp service of the receiver is up.normally if you restart a service in your UCM (like TFTP service), a trap is generated.Leonardo

This mean...after configured logrot files, size, path, etc.., with NMSROOT\bin\perl.exe NMSROOT\bin\logrot.pl -c, I need to run it by scheduled task, like you esplained?Only shedule logrot, I will have applied the configurated log rotation?
