Can someone explain how I can obtain support for a CSPC system I have inherited please? I've two issues. I cannot upgrade from 2.10.0.1 to 2.10.0.6 from the GUI and, secondly, I don't have all the CLI passwords to attempt an upgrade from the CLI.

HiDid this get resolved? I have the same problem with thin black lines and no connections being made. Been using it for several months and only started happening in the last couple of weeks.ThanksSimon
