for the record, if anyone hits the same problem (kids, do not attempt this at home…)We managed to install on the NON ROOTED device by.1.- install on a smartphone2.- use an apk extractor3.- install the apk on the tabletRegards!
Hi Ruchi,what about video in queue calls? do they consume licenses? Example: for a system that supports 10 concurrent agent calls and 20 VIQ calls, how many licenses? 10 or 30?My understanding is that it´s just 10.Please confirm.Regards
