Hi,
needing a procedure to load the sample app into a non recognized device, or get similar functionality with the sdk.
we are preparing a demo using a BGH tablet (specs at https://desarrollo.ceibal.edu.uy/projects/catalogodelaptopsibirapita/wiki/Hardware_BGH)
unfortunately the sample app (Remote Expert Mobile - Android Apps on Google Play) can not be loaded because google play states "not recognized device".
I´m browsing devnet, but have no clue on how to load ths sdk Cisco DevNet: Remote Expert Mobile but no clear idea yet on how to load it into our tablet.
Anyone can help with the correct procedure?
Thanks

for the record, if anyone hits the same problem (kids, do not attempt this at home…)
We managed to install on the NON ROOTED device by.
1.- install on a smartphone
2.- use an apk extractor
3.- install the apk on the tablet

Some Android devices are not compatible with Google App store.
You could review the app, to see if it meets the minimum requirements.
Also, the device may be rooted. This may affect install of apps
