can somebody tell how to user create to shut/unshut one port only on cisco switch 2960,I mean i want to make a sort of guest account for end user so that he may shut/unshut only one port himself but canot change any other settings etc.

we are using proxy server..we have tmg server from which we are giving dsl to users.on one dsl i want to connect this ap...no dhcp is defined in windows server.
