Jeff, I did use the stopshut, when i do that the SIM process stops.At this point, I have nothing running on a pentium 4, 1000 MB RAM box. but, ACD Sim.I would assume that 1 GB of RAM would be sufficient to run the SIM with 1 PIM.Thanks,Tarun
