Re-multiplexer D9600 web access

I need to access to an old Re-Multiplexer D9600 by web access. I know I need a PC with Windows XP and an old Java release (1.2??) but it doesn'work.Does someone know the correct procedure to configure the machine for the web access?Thanks in advance
