Hello,I'm currently reading the verified scalability guide of N9K-C9396PX and I see a maximum number of Underlay multicast groups for an VXLAN BGP EVPN topology: 128 I would appreciate if anybody could help me understand this limit better. My topolog...
HiWe recently built a new VXLAN topology in our datacenter which is pretty much like a Leaf-and-Spine. Strange issues happen during our laboratory testing and that's why I decided to explain what we did. Hope somebody here may have some clue as for w...
HiI'm going to deploy a VPC setup between two VPC switches (switch 1) and (switch 2) and they will run a port-channel to another switch (switch 3). Both switches (1) and (2) will have own uplinks to switch (3) and this will be a VPC triangle topology...
Hello,We are using a couple of N9K-C9396PX switches in our datacenter and it seems there's a maximum of 507 VLANs in RPVST mode. A NX-OS 7.0.3.I7.7 is currently in use.In an effort to overcome this limit somehow, I'm now reading the Verified Scalabil...
Dear community members,We are having quite a lot Cisco Nexus N3K-C3064 switches in our datacenter (approx. 80 switches) and hundreds of different QSFP-40G-SR4 used to build our internal topology. We are facing some strange issues with some of these s...

HiThanks for your reply.Initially I thought about configuring each VLAN into a separate multicast group. However, it's obvious that I need to rework the concept in order to stay within the recommended verified scalability value. We have 12 devices wh...
Not sure if it could have something in common with CSCvs90075 but I have to mention that last night I tried to upgrade to NX-OS 7.0.3.I7.8 and it didn't help either. Today I will also try to set NX-OS 9.3.3 and try it.Any help or clue would be greatl...
Good point which I seem to have overlooked when commenting. A possible issue might be a static mac address on the Provider CPE. The service Provider might need to be contacted in order to remedy this.
HiI apologize if there's something that I can't understand there but how does your internet router 192.168.1.254 know about 10.24.1.0/24? I believe you have to log into your Provider CPE 192.168.1.254 and create a routing for 10.24.1.0/24 via 192.168...
