I have been asked to configure an always hot ring down line on my VoIP solution using CM 3.3.3. Is this nothing more than a speed dial button that someone would press to dial the other end automatically? Or is there something else I should be looking...
I have a call hung in the ICD queue. What steps do I need to take to clear the hung queue?
