Sounds like a module failure, which needs to be returned to Cisco. However depending on your Supervisor Module type it may not be supported in Slot 10. I know there are limitations on certain modules slot location when using a Sup720.
Yes, I do mean ping & telnet responses, sometimes response times are over 100ms. The IOS on the Cat2950 Switch is 12.1(22)EA4CPU peaks at 27% Memory Used peaks at 80%Ciscoworks DFM also reports 'invalid snmp response' alarm as well.
