We have upgraded a number of TelePresence Units from TC7.3.9 to TC7.3.12 but the Touch Panels are disconnecting and won't reconnect.    They are stuck on a black screen with the Cisco Logo and not doing anything. They won't factory reset either.

Hi,   We are having issues getting AD users logged into TMS.    This worked before and one day, just stopped working.    We have tried creating new groups and adding users and this hasn't worked.    Any ideas?    Thanks.
