After upgrading the CSPC frm 2.6 to 2.7 I am unable to gain console access to the CSPC appliance via SSH . When I log in, credentials for the "admin" account are accepted and then the following is displayed:
[collectorlogin@lipmngcsc01 ~]$ su ...
Yes, Taylor. The error remains same. have rebooted the VM multiple time.
Able to login with collectorlogin and root without any issues.
