I have problems to add and remove router ID's form WCCP, what I need to do?

Boa tarde, Tentei abrir um TAC, mas disseram que o número de série não é válido, como o serial é de software ele possui características diferentes, mas basicamente estou tentando remover um router ID e adicionar outro, o que pode ser?
