Hi, My customer has approved CBR Admin for me but when he has tried to give LOA Access at the SmartNet Portal doesn't show my user at Admin Dashboard. What I need to do?
I was tryto associate my account at Smart Net Portal of my customer but I cannot check the box.
The contract is already associate at my account:

I found the problem on SG-500 I need to configure the SNMP and enable the SNMP service, I just configured SNMP community without enable the service and the collector doesn't found the device.
