Thanks tbaranski,for your reply. I've read what is written in the link. I've set the retry counter in the vmps-client to 10. Now I must look what happens.

Hi,you must set the port on the catalyst site to 100MB/full duplex .Use for cat/os the commands :set port speed slot/port 100set port duplex slot/port full.
