I ran into similar issue with 3802i's on mGig ports of 3850. Running 8.3.141.0 and FUS 1.9. We hit a cosmetic bug where switch was claiming a Duplex-mismatch on AP-side, but logging on to AP verified all ports were a-full a-5000.
