Planning a CUCM and CUC upgrade using the Fresh Import Install. It's version 11.5 and also has a UCCX 11.6 attached to it. Couple of questions.
1) Are you supposed to run the upgrade export on all the nodes in the cluster? Then on the install run the...
Yeah. CCX is really my main concern. We are moving from 11.5 to 15. VM sizing is all wrong and have moved from older versions. From what I ready this is the best way to upgrade.
