Yes I did however, I am renewing the support contract not the licenses and I have been told that they require the instance number instead, which we haven’t been able to find.thanks
As an additional note, I am not seeing any data in the Cisco Services Access management portal. I meant, I can see only the main page but all menus are not displaying.
