I have a Cisco Call Manager 4.0 and I saw some CDR .csv file formats. But i wonder i know How can CCM put call logs. is it using SQL? MYSQL?  Or is that the only .CSV file has CCM?  I don't think the web based CCM report take the report from the .CSV...
