Thank you for your suggestion. I finally was able to get another PC and modem line and was able to do some testing myself. I disabled the Windows Firewall in WIN XP SP2 and loaded Cisco VPN Client 4.0.3(f) and was able to connect without a problem....
Thanks for the info. I have about 500 users on the concentrator and many more on the radius server. I could configure a new group on the concentrator for the satellite users and disable the keepalives but I don't know if I can do that on the radius...
