Had this problem again on another AP after a power outage, so in total I had this issue on 4 AP all of them coming from the same batch (purchased together).Seems this is a common problem, Cisco should be aware of it...

Only option was to open a RMA, and they sent me a new AP.Had this issue one more time after this post, seems some AP are a bit faulty...
