To this answer was provided by Cisco to my TAC case.As for them "WS-C3850-12S-S is not EOS/EOL". This mean that announcement does not effect this product SKU.

Hi Balaji, I went through this document but if re check the part number I talking about does not in it. Also I have got confirmation from Cisco that WS-C3850-12S-S is not EOS/EOL. This mean that announcement does not effect this product.
