Hi,Currently we do not have a busy label (engaged tone) network target feature applied onto our NIC and therefore we are unable to report on engaged calls etc ... I was thinking of creating a label with a recorded announcement and report on this but ...
HiWe have several customers using the same instance and we would like to move one of our biggest customers over to there own instance. Has anyone ever done this ? If so could you please advise on the procedure ?Many thanks
hi therehope someone will be able to help with what I think is a fairly simple problem. I am using the above functions within scripts and need the value returned to be in the form HH:MM:SS as help states this can be done - how do I do this?
