I have installed remote syslog analyzer collector on NT and can collect message from cisco device. How can i retrieve syslog message from RME for those message store in this remote collector ? Please advise. Thanks a lot
The snmp community are correct and the password are also correct. Previously those devices have no problem to get the archive. I really don't know why. Please advise. thanks
I have followed the guideline and updated the SAenvProperties.ini before. I can see message in remote collector , but not in Ciscowork box. From syslog collector status in RME, it always show the remote collector with 0 messages. Please advise.
