archive fail - snmp operation failed

Archive some devices configuration fail with following error, but those devices configuration archive was successfully before. Please kindly advise. thanks

TFTP: PGM_NM=Configuration Archive:6707:TYPE=unassigned message type::Snmp Operation Failed, PGM_NM=Configuration Archive:6715:TYPE=unassigned message type::Invalid TFTPBoot Directory

Are the device credentials for these devices correct in RME?

The snmp community are correct and the password are also correct. Previously those devices have no problem to get the archive. I really don't know why. Please advise. thanks
