I had this problem on our 3005's the resolution is to log into the 3005s, clear routing table, remove the tunnel default gateway, and re-add the tunnel default gateway, that cured it but according to Cisco it was an IOS bug and upgrading to the lates...

That was my first thought but the cable users have the same group, therefore I know its correct.
