I have upgraded to 10.13.2 as well.  AnyConnect 4.4.0.03034 is working fine for me.  

confirmed.  same symptoms on 10.13.2 beta 2 ..... when connected via wifi ... anyconnect show a msg "No network connectivity" and will not even try to connect. when connected via LAN ... anyconnect will try to connect but is not able to finish establ...
