hi..I have a 3560 in the network and when extracting device info (DEE) I do not get chassis informations of this device..like serial number, name and so on!what is the problem here?MIB problem?

CW is using a DB to store information. I know it stores all device information in there but does it also store all configuration data in the DB too?THX for help

HiI want to import/update configuration data of the devices registered in my CiscoWorks from another CiscoWorks (both on Windows2k). I found a former feature wich allowed to do so but in newer version this is gone. Is there a workaround for this?THX ...
