We have a Cisco WS-C2690XR-48LPS-I V06. Every two days it locks up. The LED on the front are solid. The mode switch does not work. You can not ping the device, and using the console cable does not. You have to do a reboot to gain access again. Thus...
All lights on the front go solid green. Some of the edge devices quit communicating and some still work. Unable to console in. A ping comes back with no response. Need to reboot switch to console or telnet in.
