I've searched and searched but I cannot find any documentation for the various icons and symbols displayed on the 8845 and 8865 when running the MPP loads. Can anyone assist me in locating this information?

@Leo Laohoo Thank you for taking a look at this. The reboot behaves just like the previous time, loads the image from part2 and kernel panics. I've attached continued logs below.
It was working earlier today (2/16/18). Now I'm getting it on a switch - IOS 15.0(2). I've never had a problem before, however, I've run it a few times today but I've got plenty of tokens left.
