I helped my customer to install the CSPC on his server but I already register him on SmartNet portal but he cannot access. So I can't finish the installation because I couldn't get the Certificate.
When he tried to validate his CCOID this message appears:  
  I was helping my customer to register on SNTC Portal, When he receives the Cisco's e-mail to confirm the registration, the message shows the wrong address, how we fix that? The profile is with the correct address.
