Thanks for asking. What is your use case? Recommended client # is near 100 according to Meraki. If you have access to salesconnect.cisco.com you should be able to look for latest MR comparison chart.
I would not try to save money here as the MR20 uses a thing called opportunistic auto RF channel making the client serving radios check for the radio environment instead of using the dedicated scanning radio available on all MR models but not on MR20...
