Will 3745 fill T3 connection @ 45 Mbps?

I have a 3745 connected to T1 running fine @ 1.5Mbps. I'm upgrading to T3 @ 45Mbps. How many packets will the 3745 be able to push through/sec?Will I need a diferent card or bigger Router?
