ASA 9.14.4 and ASDM 7.17.152 not showing any LDAP groups in DAP config

I'm trying to copy a set of DAP policies from one ASA to another. When I tried to upload the dap.xml file, the ASDM rejected it saying it was a special system file. When I try to manually reconstruct the rules, nothing shows up for LDAP groups. Just ...
