We are having one way audio for internal call frequently for IP Phone 6961. The issue happened once a month. There are more than 1 6961 is suffered from this issue.
Let's describe the faulty IP Phone 6961 as A, the normal IP Phone 6961 as B.
A and B are in the same subnet.
A call B, it works fine.
B call A, one way audio.
A call PSTN, it works fine.
PSTN call A, it works fine.
When the issue happened, we need to unplug the LAN cable and plug the LAN cable back to resume the issue.
From the status message of IP Phone A, we see the following message when the phone rings.

I find a cisco caveat -- CSCtr97656 -- Default ringtones for 6961 phones not working in version 9-2-1-0, which match the symptom in this case.
However, we are using 9.4(1)SR3, which should be free from this bug.
